In the continuous pursuit for making CINBIO a fair and welcoming workplace for employees, at the Work Group for Equality, RRI and Non-Discrimination we are initiating a new action to offer a mediation service to our community. Our main goal is to provide a platform to support any #teamCINBIO member in resolving conflicts with other members of the community that might be affecting their performance and/or wellness.  

This will be a service built with the help of volunteer mediators, who can belong to any professional/student profile in the centre. These mediators will be given guidelines and information to empower them to assist in request for assistance. There will be a public directory of volunteer mediators, so that if you would like to request mediation you can choose somebody who does not have a personal or professional conflict of interest at stake.
