EMPREN+AP

The development of public policies on entrepreneurship in the academic field is key to promoting technology-based companies, driving innovation and global competitiveness in a research center. These policies facilitate the transfer of academic knowledge to the productive sector, ensuring that technologies developed in research centers are becoming products that meet market needs.

For this reason, CINBIO presents EMPREN+AP, a project funded during the I+P Call from the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) in collaboration with the National Scientific Advisory Office (ONAC). This project counts with the support of Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) and contributes to the formulation of public policies that support technological entrepreneurship in nanomaterials and biomedicine and strengthens collaboration between CINBIO and the public administration.

The core of EMPREN+AP program is a pairing and a training session between CINBIO scientists with expertise in nanomaterials and biomedicine and personal from GAIN. This program will include a forum, workshop, a visit to CINBIO, and one-on-one meetings.
