CINBIO is pleased to share news of a special symposium celebrating Professor Liz-Marzán’s outstanding contributions to colloidal nanocrystal research and nanoplasmonics.
Plasmonic nanoscience has transformed from a niche concept into a cornerstone of modern nanotechnology and few scientists have shaped this journey as profoundly as Professor Luis Liz-Marzán. His career reflects the dynamic evolution of the field, marked by groundbreaking discoveries and visionary applications.
This event will bring together current and former members of Luis Liz-Marzán’s group, including PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, visiting scholars, technicians, project managers, and collaborators who have contributed to his scientific journey. The program will feature presentations reflecting on decades of discovery, innovation, and collaboration, as well as discussions on the future of nanoplasmonics and colloidal nanocrystal science.
Speakers will share their experiences within Luis’s group and how these shaped their scientific paths.
