CINBIO leads the NANO4TALENT project, a Post-doctoral talent attraction programme to boost research career in the field of nanomaterials and biomedicine
Objectives
- Postdoctoral Programme that will award 5 postdoctoral positions of 24 months each in two calls (freely defined projects involving the two different CINBIO core areas).
- Unique springboard to prepare postdoctoral fellows for a successful career in the European academic and private sectors aiming at decision-making positions.
- Boost the interdisciplinary research at CINBIO, catalysing institutional capacitybuilding and cement strategic collaboration across sectors even further.
- Programme imbued with the guidelines of the HRS4R (offering research freedom, equal opportunities, local career-supporting structures, a well-connected regional ecosystem of R&I actors, and high-quality working conditions).
Benefits
Economic conditions
Cofund allowance: 3.980€/month as gross salary (expected base salary deducting social security contributions 3.013€).
According to Spanish legislation the final monthly salary will be obtained subtracting mandatory withholdings which include Social Security Contributions (typically 6,47% of the gross salary) and income tax (IRPF which is progressive and varies based on personal circumstances such as marital status, number of dependents and income level). In addition to the salary, fellows will have a dedicated budget of 19.200€ for their own research and 2.880€ for travel (conferences, secondments, and short visits).
