Resumo:
This study investigates genomic differences between primary tumors, lung metastases, single CTCs, and CTC clusters in a cell line-derived xenograft model of triple-negative breast cancer. It reveals substantial heterogeneity within and between sample types, highlighting specific genomic alterations potentially linked to metastatic spread.
