Hiring of a Predoctoral Researcher for the Materials Chemistry and Physics and Colloid Chemistry groups, CINBIO – Campus Vigo Project:  RYC2018-026103-I & PID2019-108954RB-I0

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATES:
– Bachelor / Graduate in Chemistry, Physics.

– Master in Chemistry or Materials Science

– Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

– Ability to work in a team and high motivation.

– Experience in wet chemistry methods and nanocrystal characterization will be highly valued.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONTRACT:
– Type of contract: contract for work or service
– Estimated duration: 6 months (renewable up to 3 years)

– Estimated start date of the contract: 01-10-2020 (it can be negotiable depending on the personal situation of the candidate)

– Salary: 1,250 euros gross per month.
– Full-time work: (40 hours per week)

– Place of work: CINBIO – University of Vigo, Campus Lagoas-Marcosende.

SELECTION PROCESS:

It will be carried out based on the academic record (40%), CV (30%) and interview (30%).

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
The selection process will be resolved by a commission made up of the group coordinator and two members of the research group.
